The Unitech PA768 mobile terminal is the first rugged data collector from a Taiwanese manufacturer. It is IP65 and IP68 certified, and can withstand drops from up to 1.5 metres and up to 1.8 metres in a rubber boot. Equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6490 2.7 GHz processor with long life cycle support, it allows for long-term use and availability. The large memory capacity of 6 GB RAM and 64 GB flash (expandable to 128 GB) enables support for MDM software and tools such as Airwatch, SOTI, Ivanti Wavelink and MoboLink. The Unitech PA768 terminal runs the Android 12 operating system by default; the manufacturer offers upgrades to Android 16. The device features a large 6.3-inch display with Full-HD+ resolution, providing sharp images, clear text and readability even in intense sunlight. The integrated 1D and 2D barcode scanner enables fast and precise data processing, as well as in individual configurations reading codes at a distance of 10 m, DPM, or OCR. The standard 5100 mAh battery can be replaced without having to switch off the device, in addition an extended battery with a capacity of 7700 mAh is available for the terminal. The Unitech PA768 also offers extensive communication capabilities, ensuring seamless connectivity in any environment. In addition, the terminal has extensive security options - fingerprint reader, facial recognition technology, protecting corporate data at the highest level.
