REFUNDS

Making refunds of an erroneously ordered product is possible only after each individual consideration of this type of notification with the Customer Service Department or Trade Supervisor.In the event of a positive consideration of the request for refund, the customer may be charged an additional fee depending on the value of the returned goods and possible costs of sending back the goods to the supplier.

Regenerated and custom imported products are not refundable. In exceptional cases, a refund for a fixed additional fee is possible. In such cases, each time please contact our office in order to determine the possibility of returning such products and possibly costs associated with the return.

Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827), the Buyer who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from the agreement of sale without giving reasons, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods.

Under Polish law, a consumer is a natural person who performs a legal action with an entrepreneur not directly related to his business or professional activity.

REFUNDS

If it is found that the product is defective, damaged or faulty, it is subject to complaint. All products sold by us are covered by a warranty and you have the full right to exchange defective goods for a new one or to receive a refund.

Procedure:

  1. Contact us by email (link) or by phone and describe the fault.
  2. Send the product along with the receipt and return form to the address of the company.

3. Up to 14 days after we receive the goods, you will receive a reply - usually within 2-5 working days.

In the event that the shop's customer wants to engage in a dispute with our company in connection with the handling of the complaint about the goods, they has the option of using out-of-court dispute resolution methods. Any disputes arising from the sales agreement may be solved in mediation mode by mediators of the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw, pursuant to the regulations of this Court, in force on the date of filing the application for mediation.
